The goal of the presentation is to present and promote a prototype curriculum for training experts for business digitization who work with women entrepreneurs, developed as part of the DIGI-WOMEN project.

Kristina Špelić is the second generation in the family business BCC Services. The aim of the presentation is to point out the importance of digital technology and the second generation in family businesses in the implementation of digital technologies in business.

Panel: Challenges of digitization of business in small and medium (family) businesses and financing opportunities

The panel is dedicated to the challenges of digitalization of business, with a special emphasis on the challenges of financing digitalization of business. Ana Škeva Boiko, the second generation in the family business Oganj, will present her experience of business digitalization. Višnja Mrakovičić Supek will present the EBRD's experience in providing support in the digitalization of small and medium-sized (family) businesses. Ana Fresl, consultant for EU funds, will talk about the funding sources available in EU funds.

The panelists will discuss the availability of support for the development of women's entrepreneurship, the necessity of business digitization as a consequence, especially during the pandemic, and Zorana Ivić and Maša Smokrović will talk about the involvement of the second generation in the operation of the family business and business initiatives brought by the second generation.
