Round Table to promote DIGI Women Curriculum in Ukraine20 January 2022 On January 20, NTU "KhPI" hosted a round table on the presentation and discussion of ways to implement the Curriculum of the training programme "DIGI Women - A set of tools for trainers". It aims to train business trainers who will train women entrepreneurs to implement digital technologies. Specialists from the Department of Strategic Management and the International Department of KhPI are among the developers of the programme. The project is implemented in partnership with organizations from Italy, Austria, Greece, Latvia, Croatia and Bulgaria under the EU Erasmus + Programme. The event was attended by representatives of the departments of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration and the City Council, the Regional Fund for Entrepreneurship Support, the Union of Entrepreneurs of the region, professors of Kharkiv universities. The meeting was opened by Prof. Gennady Khrypunov, D.Sc., Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work of NTU "KhPI". He stressed the importance of the initiative, which aims to support women entrepreneurs, and, consequently, the country's economy, and wished the participants fruitful work. The Curriculum, presented by KhPI specialists, consists of eleven modules: four compulsory, four optional (optional from 10 offered) and three on the development of pedagogical skills. The goal is to help not only to digitize business, but also to overcome the obstacles that entrepreneurs face. "The programme aims to teach IT technologies that will convey information about company products to a large audience of consumers, increase the number of customers, company revenues and increase efficiency in small business," - said one of the authors, Professor of Strategic Management at KhPI Igor Kononenko. Following the meeting, the participants of the round table identified the main directions of implementation of the programme in the Kharkiv region.
